MANY PEOPLE AT POPULAR FUNMANTLE
The City of Fremantle supplied these impressive figures about the popular school holiday FUNMANTLE activation.
Funmantle was on for only five days, and only late afternoon, but it attracted 12,000 people to the fun at Walyalup Koort and Victoria Quay.
The estimation that on average every person who attended would have spent $ 65.00 seems very high. We are talking kids here.
Freo City always does school holiday events very well, so keep that going!

THIS IS FUNMANTLE!
Lots and lots and lots, and even more fun at FUNMANTLE. It’s all happening at Walyalup Koort, FOMO Newman Court and Victoria Quay.
There is also entertainment in the Fishing Boat Harbour, but nothing was happening when I went there at 3.15pm today, so I’ll try again tomorrow.
Funmantle is from 3-8pm until Sunday, so check Facebook and the City of Fremantle website for ticket details. It’s only $ 5 for six rides, so good fun for a good price.

Just in time for the start of FUNMANTLE today, some stupid brain dead morons vandalised the Bali flags in the Fishing Boat Harbour.

FIVE DAYS OF FUNMANTLE
Funmantle starts tomorrow-Wednesday in Fremantle. It will be five days of Carnival fun and fairground rides, at Walyalup Koort, FOMO Newman Court, Fremantle Port and the Fishing Boat Harbour.
Because of the summer heat it will only be open during the afternoons, from 3pm, so a great excuse to linger longer, have dinner in town and watch the sunset from Bathers Beach.

FUNMANTLE in the Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour this week looks like a lot of fun for the kids.
It is on from Thursday to Sunday, and is sensibly late in the afternoon, when it is cooling down, so check out the program above.

The weather is still looking pretty good early this Sunday morning so there might be a window this morning for families to enjoy FUNMANTLE all around the Fishing Boat Harbour and at the Fremantle Markets.
Rain or shine the Freo Farmers Market is open from 8am till midday, so support them!
