That was a pretty brilliant and perfect Fremantle Sunday.
Nice and warm and great community spirit at the Walk The Bridge Roe 8 Highway protest in the morning.
After that a stunning concert by the Fremantle Chamber Orchestra and the superb Dutch violinist Rudolf Koelman at the Townhall.
To finish it off we had a beautiful sunset so I took some happy snaps at Monument Hill and the harbour.
There is a bit more wet and cold weather coming our way in Fremantle this week, so no need to get your bathers out of the mothballs yet.
While I warmly dressed but still freezing at Bathers Beach late this afternoon two young people went for a swim. They did not last long but they are much braver than I am.
On my way to the Fremantle City FPOL committee meeting I did a quick drive onto the south mole to take this sunset photo of the approaching rain clouds.
More rain to come tonight I hear, so batten down and cuddle up.
