RESOUNDING YES VOTE IN CITY OF FREMANTLE

Whilst the overal vote for the Voice referendum for the Federal seat of Fremantle was 53.24 No and 46.76% Yes. it was a whole lot better within the City of Fremantle boundaries.

Beaconsfield voted 70.3% for Yes, South Beaconsfield 60.9% for Yes, Fremantle East 75% Yes, Fremantle South 76.6% Yes, Hilton 73.2 % Yes, North Fremantle 64.5% Yes and White Gum Valley 73.9% of those who voted elected Yes.

That is very good, so the Sunday Times report today, that even Fremantle voted against the referendum is a questionable claim, as it was the Federal Seat of Fremantle, that extends well beyond the boundaries of our lovely port city.

Well done, Freo! We continue to be leaders of the pack.
