FREMANTLE THE PREMIERS CITY

The West Australian claimed yesterday that former WA Premier Mark McGowan has moved from Rockingham to Fremantle.

I have not seen Covidman around the Freo traps yet, but welcome to you and your family, Mark!

We already have former WA Premier Peter Dowding living in South Fremantle, so now good old Freo is the home of two ex Premiers.

UPDATE: Greens MLC Brad Pettitt just made me aware that we have a third former Premier living here. Carmen Lawrence lives in North Fremantle.

Nice to see that former WA Premiers appreciate Freo, but why have our State Governments of the past, Labor and Liberal, done so little for our port city?
