J SHED BACK TO FULL ART VENUE

Posted in art, arthur head, bathers beach, bathers beach art precinct, fremantle by freoview on October 12, 2016

Fremantle J Shed artists at Bathers Beach were doing a smoking cleansing ceremony this morning to get rid of the bad vibes at the No One studio there as they will be taking it over until the end of the year.

Greg James will put sculptures in the space that will be lit up at night, so it will also be an evening attraction to come and have a look through the huge south-facing widows.

They will also try to do projection shows on the huge white wall and hold small events, so check it out when you are there and support the Bathers Beach Art Precinct artists, and buy Christmas presents from them!

I suggested the new temporary art space should be called Sunrise Gallery after the Sunset Events fiasco there.

It’s a great venue for small functions, chamber music, life drawing classes, etc. so contact Greg James.
