I could not stop myself from going out again and take more photos of this morning’s fog in Fremantle.

I drove along the Swan river to Blackwall Reach and Point Walter to take these images.

AUTUMN STORM HITS FREMANTLE

Posted in fremantle by freoview on May 8, 2013

I love storms, bad weather, lightning and thunder, so I could not resist having a drive around this afternoon and take photos. At Fremantle‘s Leighton Beach, walking against the wind, I thought my eyeballs would blow out so strong was the storm. The Swan River looked like an ocean with waves crashing ashore at Bicton, Applecross and Point Walter.

Posted in fremantle by freoview on March 9, 2013

Let’s hope for a fine Sunday so the BROOME TO BICTON concert with the Pigram Brothers can go ahead tomorrow. It is a free concert from 4.30 pm in the park just above the Bicton Bath, so bring a rug and picnic and watch the sun set over the port. It’s a great annual event for Fremantle.

PIGRAM BROTHERS AT BICTON

Posted in fremantle by freoview on February 2, 2011

The highly popular yearly free BROOME TO BICTON concert by the Kimberley based PIGRAM BROTHERS is on again this month at Quarantine Park, just above the Bicton Bath, from 4.30 p.m. on SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 27.

There is always a really good atmosphere at these family concerts, and the joy of listening to relaxing music while watching the sun set is special. Bring a rug and a picnic and listen to the good music of this Aboriginal group.
