Here some impressions of the stunning stone sculptures by my friend Jina Lee. Her show opens at 5 today at the Greg James Sculpture Gallery at J Shed on Bathers Beach. Enter from Fleet Street or through the Whalers Tunnel.

Yes it was indeed Glen and I hope the City of Fremantle will see the light and leave the studio 4 space as a gallery with maybe a small cafe, as it is a gorgeous space.

Great show by Jina Lee and fantastic that so many people turned up. I posted photos of the opening night on my Facebook page.

Was a beautiful opening night Roel. Good to see you there supporting artists as usual. Great turnout but the most amazing thing, besides Jina’s incredible works, wasn’t the energy of the space just magnificent, the rain pouring down outside, instead of making the evening dismal actually added to the atmosphere as Greg James opened the exhibition with the winter view behind him through the glass end of the studio.
