Freo's View

Place making does not require major development, but often just creativity, thinking outside the box, and showing care. Fremantle‘s Kings Square is a good example of simple placemaking in my opinion. The outdoor library, the free WiFi, the colourful chairs and tables, and the market, all work for me, and they attract people to the square.

Today is noticed some other gorgeous placemaking on Marine Parade, at this well looked after historic house, where the planting of roses have made such a difference. Nice to see people care!
